That's a 460 and an awful lot of money for what it is,more likely to be 164K miles the early mileometers only went to 99999.Lets put it this way thats about 7K overpriced!

For a 280 gas guzzling 460? perhaps I should get my 300 revalued. I wouldn't pay 5.5K for that.

I do know that the G wagen i linked to has been in the family who owns the garage for pretty much ever ( 1 previous owner ) . So the mileage is likely to be genuine i would suspect .

Hi All
Have just bought a 1987 G wagen 300GD 1 previous owner who had it from new full service history just turned 141000 miles its MOT for another 4 months is taxed for 6 months , its in not bad condition body wise the chassis is perfect , interior is not at all bad either after i cleaned it , it drives very well far better than i expected very quiet for a 4x4 very impressed , has the 5 speed manual gear box , none turbo diesel which does make it a wee bit slow up hills but on the flat and downhill is just fine not bad on fuel either no worse than most 4x4 s as have had a few , been after one of these for a long time at a sensible price so was delighted to pay just 1650 for it .
Have a few things to do to it nothing major first thing is tyres , then renew discs on front wheels , plus give it a good service .
They are out their just a matter of finding them or keep an eye out on the web as i did .
So thats me with the Sprinter 312 campervan , the merc 250 estate turbo diesel manual , and the G wagen , plus 2 other marks and my bikes and a trike .
