Anyone got any recommendations please. I would like something with an elasticated skirt so the cover does not get blown off onto the floor when I open the garage doors at both end of my garage.

Any thoughts or even offers welcome. I want to cover a 2007 CLK63.

Thanks.

I've had a Covercraft cover for my 124 cab for about 8 years, and thoroughly recommend it, although the top of the range cover, with several others to choose from, is on the pricey side.

If you mean an indoor cover they're not critical ... I've had a white cotton one from eBay for my SL for a good few years now and that's been fine.

Thanks Bill.

I did mean an indoor cover. Yours looks to have some sort of drawstring around the bottom skirt which is exactly what I am after.

It's elasticated round the bottom and works very well - it pulls in under the car at the front and back. From a quick look on eBay this looks like the one I have:

Garage Indoor Car Dust Cover for Mercedes SL (90-present) | eBay

Bought it about 6 years now I think.

I used a Covercraft outdoor cover before I had a garage and would definitely recommend going for good quality on those, but their indoor ones start at around £250!

Same here for my E350 Cdi cabrio which had to live outside. Thoroughly recommended but not cheap.
