Throttle body sensor replacement r129 24 valve

Hi can any one tell me if their is some body who repairs reconditions

Throttle body's my 1991 suffers from delays in accelerating my indie has done some good work to the car but advises it needs to be replaced , I am aware the new unit is in excess of £I k reluctant to buy a second hand on with posable the same problems , I presume it is the electrical potesiometer our wear on the spindle , I have seen a german guy on e bay who sells my unit part no 0021402353 not sure if he refurbish them , as it is in german I can not ask him

Hi sorry about delay in getting back to you no my car doies not have ASR I have bit the bullet and ordered the part from germany they say they are fully tested , they seem to be a well set up site .

I am planning to change the part my self , I have done some reaserch re depressurising the fuel I am reasonable comptent I used to repair boilers , any guidance aprecieted
