VISEEO MB-2 Problem

I have no problem with my Viseeo and now run 3 phones through iti'm sure they show a compatability range on their web,also have you uploaded the latest software as the earlier Viseeo 's run the original,i.e it could've been sitting around in your suppliers stock for a while and not have the latest software loaded.all the info is in the booklet supplied with the unit.all these phones automatically sync and upload the phonebook memory,this takes appx 20-30 seconds.

Its worth noting that the latest version of the ViseeO firmware seems to be very stable and fixes some address book transfer issues, the issue of occasionally some units would go 'silent' (i.e car couldn;t hear other end) and also occasionally it wouldnt power up correctly (all lights would stay on) (in fact this was fixed some time ago).

After updating, you must do a Master reset though .. the instructions with MB-2 arent that clear about that (in my opinion) and it is vital.

I always tell people to update the firmware on their phone as-well - amazing how many bluetooth problems that fixes !

ViseeO - Do Not Order from Company Smart World

For all to know: I bought my ViseeO MB-3 from Company Smart World on 11/13/12. The unit worked great for about 3 weeks and then my nightmare began. I corresponded with Company Smart World about it and they had me do several things that I already tried when I first corresponded with them (and told them about it in the original note). After about a month, they finally asked me to send it back to them (to Vladimir in Los Angeles). I did not hear back from them for about another month ... surprise they can't find my unit even though my tracking number was provided and shows it was delivered to the address they gave me. I have involved my credit card company and will be seeking a refund due to misrepresentation. At this point, I'm not even sure the original unit was new when it was sent to me. Bottom line: Be careful if you order a product from this company, especially if you have to return it ... and all I can say is let the nightmare begin.

I probably need to do an upgrade on the Viseeo but I am a complete techno luddite!
Can anyone help please?
I would gladly pay anyone to do the upgrade?

Have you paired the mb2 and the phone? Hold down top button until pair light flashes, find Visseo device in phone Bluetooth pairing menu, code is 0000 or 1234 (sorry can't recall which)

Many thanks for your help Richard...I just needed to put in the code....1234 which worked ok but the "Sync" green light is flashing. Do I need to do anything else?

Just wait for it to stop. That gets the address book into the mb2 and it can then send it to the audio system next time you get into the car
