Hi , well Chinese car makers has substantial share holding in Mercedes.

I am sure I read that Mercedes have a major shareholding in Mazda.

Ford has/had about 33%. I'm not sure whether they have sold off any percentage as yet.

Ford sold their share in Mazda during the 2008 financial crisis. I believe Toyota now own a large piece of Mazda.
