w123 Coupe C CE offside rear window mechanism

Hi

Looking for the mechanism, for an electric back window (offside, driver side, right), for my 280CE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ring the main dealer and get a price then there are 1 or 2 on here who work for mercedes who offer members discounts

avoid ebay as the replica parts are usually wrong and dont fit propperly

front ones from mercedes are around £100 inc vat

Thanks for reply, though I had been told you cannot buy these direct from MB any more? The car is from '81. I've been told I need to find someone breaking a 280 or 230 c/ce.

MB will keep parts for old cars ... 81 is well within the time frame.

Have you got it stripped out yet ? Got a part number ?

What number is it in the link below ? Is it 32 ?

Wow thanks Howard. I'm quite suprised as my "merc man" down at the garage said you couldn't buy them direct any more. I'd imagine it is part 32 yes, as I'm not that technical I was told what was broken. I'll get a second opinion on my car and get the part from the place you suggested.
