W202 1997 C180 Wiper Blade Problem

Hi all in acordance to my other thread i have yet another common problem with these mercs. The park place on my wiper blade is incorrect as you all may see from the picture below. Do i need to buy a new moter to correct this or is it just a minor adjustment. Please let me know a step by step guide if it is a matter on just adjusting it.

I had this very problem with my C200 Elegance,

I took it to Mercare, and was advised I "needed" a new wiper motor and wiper linkage costing in excess of £500!!!

Anyway, they lubricated it all for me (stripped it down first) and it was fine, worked perfect and sat correctly, all for just £30.

I would suggest this first rather than forking out alot of money!

Also, before it was fixed, mine would never work on intermittent (although it did the day I sold it -typical!) and would sometimes stop and rest on the passenger side of the window and then randomly turn on and sit on drivers side, even when wipers switched off!!
