Hi guys,

My dads W202 C200 has an issue where everytime it rains, water builds up in the passenger footwell and soaks the carpet there.

Anyone had the same issue before and could recommend what to look at or what it could be?

Cheers

Have a look at the drain in the heater box under the bonnet n/s, very good chance it's blocked with crud.

Sorted.. took off the plastic panel under windscreen and there lurked a fishtank size of water. Cleared out the plug hole and all the water went through.

Took out the carpet/foam in the passenger footwell area and there lurked another big puddle so, soaked it all out. Carpet/foam mat is now drying away in the sunshine.

Cheers for the help guys and Jack from PCS on how to remove the plastic panels by the windscreen (via phone).

Many thanks for letting us all know how your problem was resolved, and for the input provided by PCS.
