Can't believe it, just got the car back yesterday after it spending 4 days in the garage and when i was out tonight i couldn't get the rear electric blind to work.

It was definitely working yesterday, now when i press the button i hear a click from the blind position with no movement.

Anyone any details on where the connections are for the unit?

Update:
It's working again, seems to be an intermitant fault.

I wonder if there is a thermal cut out within the motor of the unit?

There is also a relay associated with the action. But I tend to agree that the click noise is indicative of the motor.

I find that silicon spray in moderation can assist. It does require removal of the shelf itself.

So basically the click i'm hearing could in fact be the relay assuming it is mounted around the shelf area.

One other thing i noticed this morning was that the heated rear window didn't look like it was woeking this morning.

Really need to get a wiring diagram! In fact time for another thread!

Then you have a current supply problem from the rear SAM (intelligent fuse box).

Just went out in the car at lunchtime and the blind is not working again!

What other items are attached to this unit and is there any other way to check other than through Star??

Seat adjustment, trunk opening.
