W204 (facelift): how to get the fuel consumption displayed in Comand?

Thanks, did have a look at the online manuals but to no avail.

This is the display I would like to bring up:

go 'system', then clock, then 'left/right' using control turning thingy bob

just to add though, pretty pointless that :(

Just an update: Having tried all possible combinations above, I conclude that my C300 CDI does not have this option, as it is (strangely) the only non-7G+ version in the facelifted W204 range.

I notice its a 4matic also which might have something to do with it? No 4matic versions in the UK. In the past different countries did have different display options which could be changed via the Mercedes Star system. One involving the outside temperature display irrc. Is there a display option for the 4wd system ? Maybe that's the display option software you get instead?

As said before - go into system and it shows the clock, you then push the controller knob (the thingy) forward once i.e. up on the screen, and leave it on the clock section then you should see arrows left and right of the clock. if you twist the thingy it shows the bar chart...or at least it should!

You can code it in, someone on the forum said they had coded it to their car when they retrofitted NTG4 into a 2010 car, so it can be coded in if the hardware is capable.

When I put the NTG4 into my 2010 E350 it would show, however after a few minutes I got the warning about security on screen as it was out of another car, then when coded to my car the fuel display was gone. So need someone who knows how to 'trick' it.
