Both from any MB parts dept, less any discount you might get...

Other than used, I doubt you'll get them anywhere else...

I guess I could try them
If not it will be a dealer job
Buy the chrome this month then the insert next month lol

Could it not be possible to buy the chrome, and for the insert fill it, sand it down and paint ?

You will pick them up on ebay reasonably readily, but will probably need to buy the whole bumper.
Try Ebay.de as thre are always loads of mercedes parts much cheaper than here.

Shipping a rear bumper in from Germany might kill off any savings to be made...
