W211 Cigar Lighter Switched Live

On my 06 W211, I'm looking to take a switched 12v feed from the cigar lighter.

There are 3 wires, a brown, a grey and a red with a white stripe.

Is the red wire a switched 12v? And is the brown an earth?

If so, what's the grey one?

The red/white is the live , it think it is switched . The rear socket in the consul is switched , the wire is black/yellow

Not sure which colours are which but one will be for the illumination bulb, just trace it to the bulb to identify it and then disregard it.

The wire that goes directly into the back center pin of the cigar lighter is live, the other will be earth.
