hello people over the last 18 months I have replaced the the sc pulley tensioner and one or two others. One was small one was a double. All was quite for a while. It's back now the squeaking so I'm changing the lot. Nachi sc bearing pic attached and mobil1 jet oil for sc. will also need every other pulley and tensioner??? Not mb but who??? Thinking of changing water pump should I upgrade or mb. Also the secondary electric pump my be changed my car is 03 and I have been a connection plug issue may happen with some pumps. Any ideas anyone.

Gates do the Aux belt tensioner Pulley with the tensioner.
Part tensioner T38174 Mb Ref: 112 200 06 70
Aux Pulley: T36764 Mb Ref: n/a
FEBI Double aux Pulley: 44978 Mb Ref: 113 202 04 19
FEBI Aux Idler Pulley : 11276 Mb Ref: 000 202 09 19

Please double check the Mb ref numbers but thats what i make the above.

Thankyou. Do you a possible water pump replacement the secondary pump is bosh but merc won't give me a clue who manufactured the main water pump

This is a upgraded pump from my 03 pump this says. Il get this pump with mb engine pump. Will the electric connection be ok on the secondary pump with my 03. If I type them codes for the febi tensioner and others will I find them all. Is their a kit for all the pulley wheels. No sc kit tho just want it as new

I'm not a car person pal I'm a bricklayer that points houses. I just don't seem to get anywhere with garages they tell me they can't get parts

Tap the Febi and Gates numbers into the likes of Ebay buddy, you will get a idea of what you should be looking for.

gatesautocat.com website will give you the size of the pulley's and parts numbers, You just have to select your car from the drop down sub menu's

the 0392022010 (010) Pump is the Newer Superseded bosch unit to the original bosch unit fitted from the factory, Yes connector will be the same.

No i'd leave that Aux Pump for the heater alone if its working fine.
