W211 Exterior mirror not dimming at night

Hello,

The exterior driver side mirror stopped dimming (bluring) at night
when light from behind vehicles beams it. The interior mirror keeps
on dimming.
Does anyone has any idea?

I was going to say that the normal problem is wires cracking internally because of the fold mechanism, then I saw your car was a 2009 model, so that is probably not the answer.

Assuming that your car is still under warranty, a trip to MB is probably most sensible rather than messing, unless it's something as simple as a fuse.

Yes the car is still under warranty.
But to be honest from time to time i hear a strange noise from this mirror when it folds and unfolds, i thought it was the motor but may be it has something to do with dimming.
I thought about the fuse too but i don't even know where the fuse box is and which fuses are the ones for the mirror(s).
