W211 Interior light bulb change

Hi Guys sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but im trying to remove the front & rear interior light lens's to swap out the bulbs for led's ive searched but can find nothing ! any help would be good

Hi. If you google it, you'll find it on 'another' MB forum - not sure if posting the link is allowed, else I would. Not read the whole thread, but it looks like they just pry off.

Am sure someone will be along to offer more help shortly.

(Mines with MB at moment, so can't have a look )

I will , I pimped the boot lighting today instead , cool white flexi strip edge to edge , 100% better now

I never considered a remap until reading more into it. Not sure the LED way is for me, but, again, will happily stand corrected

I have just bought a pre-facelit S211 270CDi estate with Xenons. The 5000K look good on the images.
Are the LED's fairly easy to change?
Does it require a resistor at all?

They are very easy to change, they are changed just like you would any other bulb (no additional work required) I have them on mine and would recommend them.

Drop me an email to the address in the last image on that thread, resistors are built into it so its a straight swap.

It says go to Mercedes , finished the boot lighting today & did the front vanity lights above the sun visors (nice & easy) & the front side lights
