W211 Phone kit - convert to Bluetooth ?

Hi all

The car came with a Mercedes in car kit that takes my work provided Nokia 6210.

As I have my own personal phone and the company are trying to give me a Blackberry thing, I am wondering if it's possible to easily replace the Nokia cradle with something that will allow all my phones to use the Command to take and place calls using bluetooth ??
