At least I think so.
I'd heard quite a lot about this being a problem when water collects and then spills over into passenger footwell and screwing with the electrics so I had a look today.
At the rear of the engine bay, passenger side and below the louvered bonnet vent there is a plastic box about 3 inches deep and 8 or so wide, I can see water at the bottom of the box through the vents on top:
I did unscrew 3 screws on the front of the box but that just releases some kind of little Bosch gadget.

Is this the plenum chamber?
How do I get the top off?
If I poke around with a long handled screwdriverwill I be able to clear any blockage?
