What a ridiculous auction!
Stuff selling for silly money.
For example, a Clarke pillar drill available at machine mart for £251 sold for £350 plus 10% fee and plus vat...
Unbranded (by Marussia) sparco race boots for over twice retail.
Sealey 10 ton press £600, £250 at machine mart.
Not sure what was going on but it was pointless trying to get anything. The on line bidding didn't work for me and for lots of others by what I can tell.
There are loads of TVs and lap tops of fixed time auctions finishing tomorrow. They are already way over what could be considered a reasonable price being as most of them are 2, 3 or 4 years old.
