Good choice. I love my CLS.

I'm biased but I think the best interior combination is Beige Leather with Matt Laurel wood.

Make sure it has COMAND. It doesn't seem right without.

I really like the colour/look of this one.

agreed about the colour.. im a big fan of the mystic colours.. blues and reds.

interior would be to be cotswold cream coloured..

there is one in this blue with a blue / black interior.. its too dire coloured!

The new CLS is a great looker. The interior of the outgoing CLS looked 'dated' even when it was brand new IMO.

You are looking for exactly what I just bought last week, an outgoing CLS but not in the usual colours, with as many toys as possible. I LOVE IT, the 320CDI is a rocket and returns great MPG... Its similar to my CLK270 CDI which it replaced in terms of economy, but so much more quicker!
