It certainly works well when Mercedes use it

I agree bilt Hamber has some excellent products, I used there clay recently, good stuff.

Bought direct from them, fast delivery, used deox gel and hydrate 80. The gel is incredible - brush/spoon it on in big amounts and cover it with something, leave for a few hours, it's lifted most if not all of the rust off. Repeat and repeat and it'll be rust-free.
