Go With what you like...
I personally hate chrome on the mirror covers and round the headlights/rear light and wheelarches.
A lot of MB owners dislike my black rear lamps...
Chrome is ok in the cabin for certain things, round the heater dials and the gear selector, as on some MB's they are OEM and don't look too odd...
Oh, one other tip...if these boys say it's hot, it probably isn't

Mark, we have a customer than had a 123 coupe then two 126 SECs, he fits them with full hydro and drives down the roads like that... Funny to sit in it while it is bouncing off the ground!
Unfortunately his last SEC the rear end started falling off due to the weight of the batteries and pumps in the boot!!

I know what you mean, each to their own. I personally hate the Lexus IS200 style rear lights that all modifiers seem to put on their cars. It just looks like a panel has dropped off to me, either that or I'm getting old.

Like some of the ideas there. Being new to the Benz world its good to know whats in and whats not? Any views on smoked windows? Want to get the look without turning it into a drug dealin pimpin wagon.
