Picked this up a few weeks ago from a chap in Liverpool, UK. He was 110%

Car is fantastic. I love it. Easily the best motor I have ever owned

Without reopening old wounds, your car is possibly AMG line, not an AMG. You may have the badges, the mats, the wheels, the bodykit, but its not an AMG. If there is a badge on the engine, its an aftermarket badge.
The only proper AMGs in the last 10 years have a 6.2n/a ,5.5biturbo , 4lt biturbo or 2.0lt turbocharged engine under the bonnet.

The latest C/E43's and E53 are badged AMG but have 3lt twin turbo or 3.0 straight 6 and hybrid lumps. The engines in the E53 are tuned by AMG but not handbuilt as the ones above.

The only CLK AMG models are the 55,63 ,63 Black Series and CLK DTM.
Post#292 above has it correct. Please check for yourself.
I too would like to see a photo of the engine.
On that basis as my E53 is a six cylinder, does that mean the 2022 C63 that will be a four cylinder hybrid doesn't count either ....technology changes, got to move with the times!

A couple of weeks ago I bought a 2004 Mercedes SL55 AMG. which has had a few mods by previous owners, 180mm Crank Pulley Eurocharged HE Eurocharged Map Fabtech Induction Kit all done by MSL plus it also has a couple of styling mods plus some very nice 19inch wheels
I think it had every possible factory option when new including pan roof, exclusive nappa leather, keyless go, bi-xenons, designo alacantra roof. distronic etc
I have been looking to buy for the last few months and have viewed a couple which although quite nice cars did not quite reach the spec that I was after and then this one came up less than 20 miles from my home.
I paid a bit over the budget that I had set but not by that much but feel that the car was worth paying the extra for as it already has virtually all the mods that I intended to carry out and has just over 67000 miles with 12 stamps in the service book.
A couple of pics of the SL55 (not had the weather yet to take any myself so these are from the dealers website that I bought the car from).

Given that this has run for some time there must be quite a lot of outdated (sold cars) and duplicated (same car twice) entries here now. That said, I cant think of an easy way to deduplicate.

I had a w202 c43 AMG for 12 years , this year traded for 2016 C63s Estate

Bit random but does anyone know where or if someone is selling a Sl55 F1 front bumper, part number a2308550825,
Thanks

They use dpd and dhl, so I'd be very surprised if they don't. I'd give them a call to check, but I would be very surprised if they don't.
Sweet, I’ll try the dealership too, that’s if they still do it
