When I click a link such as:

http://www.rsportscars.com/eng/video.asp

and then try to click the link to watch the video, media player launches and then gives me a message that the file cannot be found?

Anybody know if this is a media player glitch or if it is my configuration.

I have xp with service pack 2.

link works for me - have you tried right clciking nd saving to disk? maybe a firewall issue?

which version of wmp have you got? iirc theyre up to 9 now...

Not all the links on that site work.

Best to save them locally first anyway, but again you won't be able to download them all either.

Can right click and save to disk, but would like to make media player do what it's supposed to!

Got wmp version 10 acording to the help function.

Not sure if this is good or bad

I'm running 10 now and it seems fine

I also have v10 and don't have any problems. Others have though, so it's clearly not perfect.*

Which video are you trying to watch? I was going to try them all, but there's quite a few (most of which I already have!!)

* deliberate provocation for MS bashers ;)
