Hi all, just hopefully someone could share some light with the location of the airmatic fuse. The information I got so far is that, it's under the driver side carpet, but where exactly?? :fail a picture or detailed location could be ideal.

The problem is that it has so many things in the driver side to stop the carpet to fold down, so if I know where exactly where the fuse was, I might about the cut around that particular place. Many thanks..:o

Its probably going to be in one of 2 places--- in the fuse holder at the end of the dash [ there should be a paper guide in there] or in the front SAM [ relay and fuse holder] in the engine compartment. lots info on the net just have to look e.g.

I see, thanks for that. Will be checking it later.. But isn't it right that there should be a Airmatic fuse under the driver side carpet? :dk:

As above

Some can have maxi fuses under the carpet but these will not be for air compressor.
It's usually in the engine bay fuse box & will also be accompanied by a relay in there for it aswell

If its a 211 then the fuse is under the drivers carpet . Lift out the carpet then look for a black plastic cover held in place by a 10mm nut , it will be in the area brhind the brake pedal . Under this cover theirs a rail will 3 or 4 large fuses , the orange 40 amp is the compressor fuse.

Thanks mate, now I found the fuse box. But there are 5 fuses all in orange and one fuse in red. Not sure which one is for the airmatic. There all do seems to have different colour plugs tho.. help...thx
