Would you go near the place with reviews like these? I wouldn't whatever the car

Nope they really put you off. In the back of my mind I'm thinking every car they've took in P/X can't be that bad?

Edit~ read the one about auctioned stock. That's made my mind up, lol. Will continue to avoid

Yeah, I was gonna write that's it's probably rough auction cars they're punted as top quality motors

Are Motorhub really that bad? Been looking at the 125 they have there with performance pack, looks so nice but the reviews tell me otherwise

Is yours a white saloon?

Yes, white with black 19" alloys. March 2013. I bought it last June from Manchester MB, I rarely keep anything longer than 12 months. Will have MB warranty until June 2017

Just looked at it, I love that designo leather! Definitely keep me in mind when you come to sell, if I haven't sourced one by then :thumb:

I still love the interior colour, makes such a difference from all the black interiors I've had, it's pretty rare I'm led to believe.
Let me know if you don't get fixed up, everything is for sale :thumb:

It wasn't until collection day and reviewing the paperwork before the final signatures that i realised they had included the GAP insurance and Supaguard in with the price.

Having already negotiated the price down somewhat 10% of the original list price due to it being a cancelled order I was half considering going for the two as I was already happy with the price.

Instead i negotiated the GAP down slightly and decided to leave the Supagard off the deal, came away with £500 profit and inclusive GAP i didn't realise I was getting!

They very much push you into their commission extras but I think their is some tolerance in the prices! Buying a car at the end of the tax year surely must warrant the best deal possible?!

Let us know how you get on!

Presumptive selling is illegal and is seriously being watched by the FCA. This kind of thing gives my trade a bad name. At least you benefitted from it though

GAP will be the next PPI

I do find these sort of review situations amusing.

Mostly 1s and 2s and the odd 5 with a totally positive review (obviously not from the people who work there of course). :D

Yep, its so obvious when an employee writes a review:doh:

I doubt they care about these reviews too much, as they seem to do nothing to change their style of sales.

It does not matter as there are a flood of punters who will just be clouded by the cheap prices.

Exactly. And how many of those punters are aware of the reputation of the place? Probably none.

1500quid for a 09 VXR Vectra? WTF. Id of punched the cheeky git who quoted you that.

They really do take the p**s don't they I remember going into Lexus at Guildford as they had a nice ISF for sale, they offered me £12,000 for my Boxster which I sold on Pistonheads for £26,000 after only two days.
One of the reasons I make outrageous offers when and if buying from a main dealer. Cash is king I firmly believe.

True, my sister is the like that, never researches the dealer and is blinded by price or the convenience of locality.
