Xenon Headlight upgrade on ML270CDI 53reg

HI,


Can anyone advise, my friend has a Ml270CDI on a 53 plate and his headlights are non xenon.

However I found a pair of xenon headlight to go on the ML.


Question, will the the headlights go straight on without any modification
or do I need to do anything.


Your help will be appreaciated.

I am sure that they have to be activated on Star.
