I've carried out the reset procedure which absolutely does make a difference, but it's short term until the car re-learns. Consequently I'm interested in fitting a Sprint Booster. Yes, I know they're grossly over priced for what they are but if one can give me the sort of throttle pedal feel I...
hi Guys, it seems I need to start posting in order to avail myself of the full usage of this forum, so here i go, Oh by the way recently purchaced a C240 elegance 0n a S plate, enjoying it at the moment and still worrying about what could go wrong with the motor and the cost i may have to pay...
The best brake pedal feel I've driven would be either that of a Caterham or my mate's Ferrari 430. Compare my W210 AMG to those and it's like pressing my foot into a couch.
My brake pedal moves a good way before anything happens (it's done the same before and after a service so I don't think...
Ok... so those of you who know, and now for those who don't, im not exactly the biggest fan of the current line up of models coming out of Stuttgart.. or which ever American town they seem to be building in these days..
I watched a car review and it enlightened me!
Mercedes No long makes cars...
I've never had a car long enough to have to replace tyres, but I must say that the set that was on the car must have had something horribly wrong with them (Avon ZZR) and a new set of MO Conti PremiumContact 2s have pretty much fixed everything that felt wrong with the c:bannana:ar. The pull...

Well where do i start!
My other halfs clio dci 80. after a new engine was fitted because it was cheaper to do this than to sort out damage cause by a cam belt failure

The car came back to us and we were told like new.

Hi - my 05 ML 270 throttle feels v sticky, not smooth and is now making smooth progress impossible, I allways seem to give too much / too little throttle - am I right in saying there is still a cable between pedal and ECU set-up - car is still in warranty, if there is an issue will they cover it...
My air con had stopped working about a month ago, but because of the weather just past.. (Remember the days of great british summer:rolleyes: ..) i thought i would hold back on repairing it.
Meantime the ventilation fan started playing up, working when and if it felt like it....then stopped...
My C43 has started exhibiting slight sights of a steering anomaly.
Its hard to explain but sometimes on a good surface road you can feel a strange pulling to one side or the other.
The car has just passed its MoT with no mention of suspension component wear (certainly not to MoT standard)...
I just wanted to gauge people's opinion of the fitting of bodykits to Mercedes. I've fancied a Lorinser bodykit for my W202 for a while and there's a place in Australia I can get one from relatively cheapish. Is it frowned on fitting bodykits? I remember a classic Mini forum I used to use and...
