◦Anyone know how to change the Dash temp gauge from Centigrade to Fahrenheit? Cant find it in the manual

Can anyone help? isince owing my car the temperature gauge has never moved, thought it was time i took a look at it!!!!!! any advice on where to start, what to look at, what possibly i should replace, i have checked all the fuses and thats it.

Probably not the place to post, but.......... My Speedo is reading 15mph high and also my Temp gauge reads low (under 80) also the outside temp gauge reads 10 degrees low as well. Could this be an electrical problem and what should I look for if it is? Can the Speedo be re calibrated at home...
