190e floor mats

I went to my local MB dealer on friday to buy some mats for my car in readynes for winter, only to be told, "sorry there's non at any dealer in the uk and none at the factory either" Surely i can get some from somwhere??

I looked at some from gsf(£29.95+vat and they where very crap so walked away from those.

Does anyone know where i can buy some from???? Do C class mats fit??

Hi Stu,

Just been rooting around and found some images borrowed from eBay.

From a W201 (could be a LHD):

compared to a W202:

They look slightly different in shape. If you're just looking for overmats for the winter to protect your originals I can spare an old set of original MB W202 carpet mats in grey (which have a crease in both front mats but still do the job). If you are interested just PM me and you can have them for the price of postage.

Those W202 mats are dodgy anyway, they SHOULD look like this:

Don't rule out the likes of the a-class as well, which should have slightly smaller mats. If you can find a modern model to use for floormats then you're laughing, second-hand or aftermarket mats are usually poor in comparison to brand new oem mats, plus you will have some decent choice over colour and style (rubber/ribbed/velour/AMG).

Shude are the grey W202 mats above dodgy as in fake MB parts?

The seller in this eBay auction (where I borrowed the pic) is selling them as a genuine part.

They appear pretty similar to the ones I have spare with the embroidered MB logo instead of the metal plate.

Thats strange the about the size thing - I just got some brand new OEM W203 mats for my W202 (they were advertised as rare W202 mats on eBay but arrived with a 203 part number) and strangely they seem to be slimmer than my old ones (the ones you have now). Can the W203 really be smaller than the W202 inside??

Maybe the W204 for the future will have the floorspace of a Smart Car
