2002 C240 trade in 6K ?????

Its time to upgrade the car but ive just looked at what its worth on the Glass used car website and it says £7k private and £6k as a trade in


Surely not, theres hardly any c240's for sale with this spec. What do you think? this seems pretty low to me. Its a lot of car for the money if thats all its worth.

sadly the new c class has come out and in my experience the last model drops like a hot potatoe as i found out when i pX my ml for the latest ml regards jon ..but it is a lot of car for the money could you not keep that one and finance another vehicle and sit on your c class?

The extras mean diddly squat at trade in.

Wisebuyers says £7325 for manual and £7591 for auto.

Damn that new c class ! Its now held me up on getting a new car.

Keeping its not really an option, Transit connect,mini one and the mercedes with on street parking is tight enough as it is.

£7591 is better but.......

Marty, its a tough call. But as a vast amount of people have found out over the decades, that when a newer model of a car comes out, the previous model prices drop quite significantly. You could always hang onto it though, as in a years time, the price won't drop too drastically. What were you intending to buy after you sell it and what is your budget?
