My 211 is an irish car ,its an avantgarde with Parking sensors , Airmatic , Leather and Phone pre-wire .
There is some high spec Irish cars though not many , plus Irish cars are less prone to rust . I work with E class mercs ,and we send many cars to the UK as well as Ireland . After a few years a UK car will have some rust where Irish cars will generaly have no rust , this applies to the body as well as the under side fixings as components .

in a way I have to agree with you.. irish cars are less rusty in general, comparing to cars I or my mates had imported from UK. finding higher spec car is near to impossible or the price is just unrealistic..
anyone owns e class 2002-2004 that is rusty already?

Got a 2005 (55) E220 CDi Avantgarde with alot of toys on it like command, Panoramic Roof Zenons, 16" Twin Spoke Alloys and only 52K miles on it. Great car in Met Silver with Dk Grey/Blk leather which I am looking to sell anyone asking £11,500 ono, if you're interested, you're welcome to it. Unfortunately doesn't have the Htd Seats and the sensors but nearly everything else...

Thanks for the offer, if it wouldn't be for both business and pleasure I would by 220, but as I will be driving a lot, I would probably be better of with 320CDI. will try to negotiate with sweetpea if he is available. his merc looks sweet.

couple more questions here:
any previous owners? or did you own it from new?
any faults, damages, known problems?
trafficmaster.. is it the full screen sat nav? I don't know much about them... maybe you could clear things out for me whats the difference
also what is the month of registration? I will be ripped of by irish government after I buy it..
just wondering how will you survive without MB ?
