I have it in the workshop. I still have my old one too. It's only done 81k.

How easy is it to drop into a C36?

Just out of interest of course.

It will physically fit.

You will need to run a complete body loom from a C43 and gearbox etc etc.

Are headers a worthwhile upgrade to a C55?
Sorry for the ignorance, but presumably, they just decrease backflow and make the system breathe more easily?
Does anyone have any data as to the kind of gains to be expected?

They flow much better. The ideal configuration is equal length tubes until they meet.

They sound great and supposedly add 30bhp.

Not so far. Andy27456 has had them on for a while now and other than a stud vibrating and getting loose no issues at all.

They sound excellent with the PCS pipe on. Nice and deep without droning.

now I'm getting scared getting SS headers?
are they prone to crack?
compared to stock c43 headers are these SS headers thinner in steel thickness than stock headers?

are stock c43 headers cast iron?
do they restrict the fumes flow?
what is that brownish metal they are made off?
is it a SS type of material or not?
it's the same with stock exhaust pipes they are brownish too.
