The web is awash with speculation that they belong to Kevin Spacey, who has apparently been seen getting out of the Bentley.
However, my money's on the owners being Robert Bourne and his wife, Sally Greene, whose house is very close to where the cars are parked. They founded the Old Vic Theatre Trust, and headhunted Spacey for his current role as the Old Vic's artistic director.
I doubt there's any self-promotion going on, other than the seemingly endless entertainment provided by the way they're parked so prominently.
Well it's def not Mr Spacey...... and your guess was correct!
"This has 2BE a wheel tragedy
CAR thieves are obviously no respecters of reputation - even that of the couple with two of the most striking number plates in London.
Millionaire Labour donor Robert Bourne, 53 - who is married to Sally Greene, 49, the glamourous blonde owner of the Old Vic theatre - had all four wheels, worth Pounds 1,900, taken from his Pounds 71,000 Mercedes SL 500, at their Chelsea town house.
The car was left standing on bricks and metal supports (pictured), in the style of a rough housing estate.
One hopes that while they were ruining Robert's day, they at least had the manners to admire the stylishness of the number plates on the couple's matching cars. Robert's is 2BE and Sally's is NOT2B."
