Yes, the cars bearing those plates are changed quite often.

Indeed the Bentley Arnage has just been changed to a Mercedes S63 AMG. Obviously petrol prices are starting to hurt!

There is a house on Chelsea Embankment with off-street parking where I regularly see a Bentley and an Aston Martin with the registrations 2 BE and NOT 2 B. Must be a Shakespearian actor.
