Guernsey plate, although in number-plate language suggests it belongs to a Mr (or Mrs) G Betol...

Spotted in a car wash owned by some Balkan people, so not sure about the Guernsey connection... the other car with similar plate was a yellow Boxter. The third car was a pre-facelift W203 with German plates... strange mixture. But the car wash is very good.

Yes, I remember it did look a little tatty, odd being a diplomatic car, they're usually quite nice or in a decent condition.

Also saw CDA 2 on a black Volvo S80 around Parliament Square this morning - Canada's diplomatic car, and KOL 1 on a black Range Rover in Pont Street, SW1.

I saw KOL 1 a few weeks ago just off Walton Street, but it was on a black W221 S Class then. Must be a recent change-over.
