Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

That 5 TS plate really ought to be on one of these:

8 TL on a mercedes e class coupe.

Saw F4 THO on an SLK in Richmond....spaced as F4T HO

Just saw this again in Teddington , looks like it has a set of AMG 63 style alloys on it.

Didn't look like a fat ho driving it , shame , as it would have made my day !

Another food related one (after seeing STE 4K a couple of days ago)

R150 TTO on a black Land Rover Discovery seen near Primrose Hill, London, today.

100 MP on a Roller.

Also, and ad in The Sunday Times Ingear claims that NO 1 - currently on sale for 200k - is the UK's most expensive plate...

MOCAS, translation please? :D

There are special "Q" plates that are issued to cars of indeterminate origin (particularly where the original registration date cannot be verified, or where they have been made up from more than one donor car), but Q is also used in some of the specially-assigned diplomatic plates (where any letter can be used). I've seen QTR 1, btw...

Here's a 'standard' Q plate :D:

I don't normally have much regard for these reverse combinations, but I've always liked the look of a 4 x 2 plate where the number ends in a zero and the final letter is closed, just like that above (9710 FH). They look particularly good on an oversized rear plate, of the type usually fitted to a Rolls-Royce or Bentley.

Gosh, did I say all that out loud? :o
