Yes, the very same. His main London residence is a house in Connaught Sq, with an attached mews house to the rear in Archery Close. Consequently both properties are under police guard 24/7/365.
5 Years ago I used to see COL1N in Bury St Edmunds all the time. It was on an extremely nice Phantom.

FA51EST on the Ferrari is owned by an old boy from Stanmore. He works in Marylebone somewhere and you see him alo caning the car along the Finchley Road, and up the A41.

Well, 4 B is currently on offer for not far short of £150,000 (excl VAT, etc).
4 C was originally sold by the DVLA for £6200 in November 1992. Most of the 1 number, 1 letter plates were sold off in the 1990s, with the majority going for less than £10,000, and most of the remainder (excluding the number ones, and a few others) going for £20,000 or less.
