Not according to DVLA, HPI it doesn't. It doesn't exist.

The character zero isn't issues unless preceded by a number between 1-9.

That's correct G 0 is in Glasgow as is V 0. Both on big VW motors. I see V 0 regularly.

V 0 is also not recognised by DVLA or HPI. I've just checked.
