It’s very sad.

It’s full of 2nd phone shops, cash converter type places, dodgy fried chicken places etc. Mill Hill will be the same within 10 years.

We are moving away in the summer.

I lived in Edgware 1994-1999... then in Mill Hill 1999-2001... really liked both places at the time.

I learned to swim in Mill Hill outdoor pool in the mid 60s. Is it still there?

It close years ago. It was derelict for a while and then became a garden centre. It’s now a Jewish primary school that now helps to block the local roads up with 4x4s.

My great grand father felled the trees to make way for the pool and my dad also learned to swim there. My family own the garage/petrol station opposite.
