Anyone seen any good number plates on cars lately?

MC52FLY on a Ford Mustang in Camden Town this morning.

I was trying to figure out if the driver was once in a boyband or was a short bloke in a movie about going back in time.

Who’ is this?

A celebrity in a car with an unreasonably-spaced license plate....

I wonder if these are 'show plates' or they actually managed to get private plates with their wedding date?

Car belongs to Jaguar. From what I understand, the plates are temporary.

I don't think the car actually travelled on the public highway so it could get away with any plates.

Nice example of product placement for Jaguar. What’s next, Starbucks sponsoring the reception??

They converted it to be an electric vehicle too.

Actually moves quite fast but with as much drama as a squashed pea.

190518 = 19th May 2018, the wedding date - don't know what the E stands for; a reference to the Queen Elizabeth I assume.

It's Jags 'Concept Zero', the car is a 1968 conversion, although by 1968 that series 1 bonnet shape had gone so it's not even attempting to be accurate;
good job not driven at night as those series 1 headlights gave out very little light so 'spirited' night driving on country roads can be pretty challenging..... o_O

I lived in Edgware 1994-1999... then in Mill Hill 1999-2001... really liked both places at the time.

We lived a bit further in - Golders Green until 1984, it was lovely back then but the prices now are crazy.

I think on reflection it was better for the kids growing up in Cambs and sitting on the M11 we can get anywhere in the country in a reasonable time frame.

Also it was once owned by Toby Smith, the Jamariquai didge player who sadly died last year.

Whilst talking bike plates then I did have V60 FAC, was on a Aprilia RSV-R Factory. V60 being the engine configuration (60 degree V) and FAC being the Factory model

My Ducati 999 has R 999 AEB, the ZX9R has Y 900 MSB, ive yet to put anything half decent on the Fireblade. Im looking for a GSX 750/1000 K1/K2 in white/blue so will put something on that as/when I get it.
