When I find a good pic of one, I prefer them with people in if possible

How's it done?

This is how I do it:
hand-select an area around each wheel, copy and paste as new layers
copy the whole pic and paste as a new layer
resize the new layer at 50% x 90%
move the wheel layers over where they should go
"erase" the excess area from around each wheel
add any extra details that you want, like passengers etc
merge/sharpen/crop etc.

mmm - when I've got a bit of time - like a few days - I might have to give that a go I'm not very good with layers etc have got Photoshop LE so should be able to do it
