yes, thats why i ordered mine from a dealer in Germany for £150. I just hope it will work ok with my N70.

Let us know how you get on!

I have the original UHI SAP module which is now basically useless since I upgraded to a Blackberry (work requirement). I'm quite interested in the new HFP module but not totally convinced MB have got it right yet, given the very lmited number of phones which worked with the UHI unit initially.

At least I can put the SIM in the slot an long journeys if needed.

PS - can you post the info for the dealer you used?

Well, my new cradle arrived today. I bought it from here...

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/MERCEDESKAUFHAUS

It is a mercedes dealer as the cradle came with proper mercedes packaging and a mercedes invoice. First I thought it looked very small, anyway, it paired with my N70 no problems but didnt want to download my phonebook. I know it wasnt guaranteed to do this but I will play around with it and see if I can get it to. If it wont, its a real pity because I have no idea what peoples mobile numbers are and looking at the phone defeats the whole object of having a hands free.

It does state in the instructions that it works with all "blackberry phones".

Which car do you have? Does it not have a local Comand phone book? If yes, you can always download your contacts with a compatible device and have them available when using a non-compatible phone.
