as per title, mine is a 03 car and as read sometimes on this forum it's quite common a bad tightness of the diesel hoses in way of the diesel filter and/or HP pump in front of the common rail, just over the service belts.
said that, I've noted an oily dirt in way of the HP pump and hoses, in my opinion was mainly related to the pump itself even if it's quite difficoult to define.
so the dealer changed all the mentioned plastic hoses and than clean well all the engine, today after one week I've noted that I've still have a leak, more than before!! Before it was only oily dirty in way of hoses and pumo now below the HP pump I've some drop of diesel
, hoses seems still OK.
I'm wondering about 2 possibility: a bad installation of the hoses in way of hte HP pump or the HP pump itself, for sure more expensive to reparir!!
