Mine has been a long wait, I ordered in May so I know how you feel. I'd like to say it will fly by....but it won't!

Only ordered mid December so looks like a 6 month wait. Still waiting for a confirmed build date and hoping the estimated delivery improves.

Had a demo C350e for the weekend and wow, loved it.

I ordered blind and have never driven a C class. Glad to hear it was good [emoji3]

Definitely don't have anything to worry about, it really is a great car, and quick if you need it to be.

Very jealous, colleagues at work are starting to receive theirs.

Lovely blue.....can't wait for mine.

Just sport for me (plus 360 cam) as it's an estate and pushes the co2 up to next band with the packs...plus it's already 50% more a month that my current car so I think I would have been pushing my luck asking for more!

There probably will be but it will be the Nissan Leaf drivers complaining.

My supervisor has a Leaf...he loves things like the Leaf being in the same tax bracket as the c350e.

I'm sure there are a few that have done the same blinded by the tax cut with the low CO2 emissions. I did too, it's just very fortunate that it's a Mercedes. After 4K miles it still makes me smile how premium it feels and sounds. Very fortunate indeed.

Has anyone had any luck with Lex Autolease and Mercedes Me?

Mine isn't due until July, but I would really like to be able to use the Mercedes Me app as intended. They have specifically highlighted on my order email that it will be disabled, but I feel that the app is almost essential to this car.

Our company fleet is managed by Lex but I registered the services online then visited my local dealer in Northampton to get them enabled without a problem. I suppose it's doing it behind Lex's back but what the hell, as you say it's essential with this car!

The main areas that Lex have a problem with are the service and maintenance section as it 'conflicts' with their services, so I didn't register for those. The ones that remain are useful though, especially the ability to remotely monitor charging and set the pre-entry climate control.

Id be interested to know too, my understanding is that you need ot present the V5 to the dealer for them to activate and I would need this from Arval?

Thanks in advance

I didn't take a V5 when I went to the dealer. In fact whilst the website said to take photo ID when I went to the dealer for activation I wasn't even asked for that. Perhaps I was lucky and my dealer is very accommodating but they were satisfied when I was able to log in with the email address and password that I registered with.

When you get your VIN number, register for the services and go visit your local dealer. If they give you any hassle try a different dealer? The dealer that I went to wasn't even the one that supplied the car.

It does seem random - mine was done over the phone and email and not with the supplying dealer, if I had no joy I would have gone to the next dealer. I was hoping to do locally as they give me a courtesy car when they service.. Next week they are updating the software all so I can see how cold it is

Same here - I have a car from Lex, I went to my local dealer (not the supplying dealer) armed with a copy of the V5, delivery note etc and the dealer was only too happy to activate on the system for me - didn't need to see any of the paperwork or ID, they just wanted to make sure my email that I'd registered with and the VIN number were correct!
