Sorry MBrummm, I feel your pain, waiting from March was bad enough.
Just tried to post a few photos but new to this and haven't worked it out!

Can anybody shed some light on this. I haven't got access to my PC. Is it just a case of pressing the postcard icon (the one in between the weblink and speech bubble icon next to the font editors in the posting reply box?)

No, try another method.
First press the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the editor and then click on the attachment icon

You will see a button choose file. You will need then to find your pictures on your device and then just click on it to place it in your post

Wow. That does look sweet. Nice upgrade to the wheels but mine will be standard 17's to keep the cost to me to a minimum. Saying that I did choose the privacy tints which should look good against the blue.

Thanks a lot, that should keep me salivating a bit longer and stop my eye from straying elsewhere.

Mine should hopefully be with me early/middle of next week They've given me an E-Class to tide me over now via Europcar so at least I'm back on the road again.

My spec isn't anything above the default Premium Plus in Brilliant blue, but i'll take some snaps when (and if) it does arrive.

The absence of the brightwork at the lower front, wing mirrors and rear wing was said to be a feature of the MY 2016 cars I think.

It would seem my order is the only one going backwards not forwards!

I ordered 4th June and have not yet even had an acknowledgement from MB let alone a build date.

The order is definitely in but that is as much as my dealer or MB can tell me so at least you have a date even if it keeps going back.

I am being quietly pessimistic that I will get an e-mail soon bringing forward the delivery date from 1st quarter 2016 (could in theory be 31st March which would mean 10 months near as dammit)

C350 gearbox

Went to collect the car today, still no joy. New module fitted and the down shift is still very poor, the dealer says it is not adapting despite numerous attempts. Also learnt that there is a reticence to update the software as it could crash all the systems on the car making it a large paper weight! They are doing their best despite the sluggish response from MB when it comes to tech support. They have had the car for far longer than I have and still no end in sight! As a new car experience it sucks. Getting very pi$$ed off now. I have been offered vouchers to spend on MB gear! They really know how to compensate you for being a test dummy! I am beginning to think I should have stuck with a 5 series.
The cranksshaft sensor failed due to swarf in the bell housing! Not sure if this was from manufacturing or something failing, jury is still out on that! Looks like this might be a lemon!

Interesting that you have not heard more from dealer. My car was ordered in April and it took another nearly three months before I was sent the details, option freeze date, production period etc.
However within two weeks of placing the order I was sent documents to complete enabling the OLEV £5000 grant.
