C350e owners club

Do those of you with a C350e still have pre-entry climate control on the App? It isn't on mine any more and I can't see how to get it back (I realise that it incurs an annual fee)

Thanks, it's useful to know that it's still available, but it doesn't appear anywhere in the App. Can you remember how you ordered it?

You can download the Mercedes Me app in the App Store and purchase it online straight away

I've had the App installed since I bought the car in 2017; it's at the latest version. The "store" used to have a few ways to tempt me out of money but now only has the Nav and Guard packages. Reinstalling the App didn't change anything, that's why I wondered whether pre-entry CC was still supported on the C350e.

Mine is 350e 2016 and pre-entry climate working

The word from M-B is that remote services to some vehicles require 3G access, and because the 3G networks are being shut down these remote services are no-longer available.

Has anyone recently had issues with emode working.
I gave my car to Mercedes for a service A. Since its been back it doesn't go into emode.

No errors showing. Charges to 100% but doesn't show any hybrid deployment in normal use (although on braking it does charge)

Any common issues? Merc said they will charge for a diagnostic if I give it back.

C350e total loss of power

Hi all

I took delivery of my c350e in April this year.

At about 1700 miles an error message appeared saying "Only Emode available, power limited, refuel immediately. The car had almost half a tank of fuel remaining (petrol). The car then suffered a total loss of power, which was quite scary. It went to the dealers, they did a load of checks, drained the fuel tank, checked sensors etc.

It has now happened again at 4700 miles. The car had been at the dealers for the last 3 weeks and surprise surprise they cannot find a fault.

Has anybody else suffered anything similar?
Just so it's on record somewhere and we have a record of it happening to others:
Happened to my wife last week, tank was full.
She turned off the car and turned it on again and it was fine. I suggested that if it happens again, rather than having to stop, she should just flick it into sports mode and see if that starts the engine.
(Car has done 80,000 miles)

Still no indie workshops in the SE willing to work on these or has someone located one? Preferably London based
