C63 507 Model Register

That’s the one that was/is for sale at Church’s. Strange that they’ve flipped it to another dealer so quickly.

I noticed that too, The LSD was a give away, But wasn’t sure if it was another one as no pics...
Church’s still has his listed. Could be an SOR..

That’s the one with the Armytrix exhaust we were discussing yesterday. It is definitely one of the better 507s out there in terms of options.

Yes it is. But looking at the pics it appears the exhausts are stock so could very well be a typo error / added later

Stunning example. Just wish now I had waited and saved myself the extra £££

£43k for a 5 year old C63 is a huge premium for a 507, apart from the extra few horses what else does a 507 have?

The seller is negotiable

last of its kind M156 6.3L Naturally-Aspirated V8. Housing the SLS-donated engine upgrades, meaning forged pistons and con-rods and a lightweight crank loses three kilos from these components, not only increasing the tuning headroom, it also increases response and means the V8 revs up faster and more cleanly. Body with Black series bonnet, AMG styling package with side skirts, front spoiler, and rear spoiler in gloss black, upgraded 19in AMG diamond cut Y-spoke Matt Black Alloys with Red Brake Calipers

The same could be said, Why pay a 100k for a BS model just for the sake of a few bhp and some body cosmetics?

Difficult to tell from the photo but I do agree that the exhaust looks stock.
Don't regret buying what you did. No-one has a crystal ball and can see the future.

Agree, But just think went on the bandwagon a little too early. If stuck it out could have saved a few £££. Seeing the market over the last few months.

As @Lizn121 has said, there are quite a few modifications to the engine plus cosmetic differences.

You're effectively getting a Performance Pack Plus engine/brakes with further tuning to squeeze out another 20hp. Increased top speed; black series bonnet; black interior/exterior trim and alcantara steering wheel and shift selector gaiter; finally there's the exterior decals ..... And the fact that only 230 cars were sold in the UK.

Is it worth the extra premium? That's a difficult question. What I do know us that every week I see people posting on forums and FB asking how to dechrome the grill or DRLs, where they can get cheap 507 wheels, how to get a steering wheel trimmed in alcantara, who's the best people to paint your calipers red etc. Not forgetting the number of non-507 cars with 507 decals.

So, I guess the options included on the 507 must be desirable.

If anyone’s in the market, But not too fussed about the mileage. Here’s one

5 years now i have owned my 2010 c63ppp with lsd i still love this car and keep it imaculate...if i was to change it it would be for a special 507 but finding one with factory lsd is very difficult (not in red)

I wouldn’t let that put you off, You can of course have the aftermarket Quaife fitted. Believe that is a more superior unit than the OEM factory diff. Many have had this done, and Proven to be better.

So having only owned the C63 507 for 6 weeks I am putting it up for sale. Reason why….. After coming from the W205 C63s I really can’t gel with this car and find it to sluggish and gearbox a bit slow.

I know I should not compare as the 507 is a much older model etc, however it is difficult to transition and Its not working out for me.

The car is originally white, and I had it wrapped the same colour as the design magno platinum, however happy to peel off should someone prefer white.

If anyone is interested do PM me. - Happy to email pics/text. Car is based in Hertfordshire

Spec as follows.

2013

White

30,500 miles approx.

Harmon Kardon speakers

Blind spot indicators

Reversing Cam

Full leather seats

Full MB service history (Next due February)

4 Pirelli P Zero’s with 7mm tread

Had tracking done last week and all wheels fast road balanced on Saturday just gone.

I do love the look of the car but just not happy with the drive and going to go back to a W205 C63s

If anyone is interested in the car drop me a message….

Thanks,

Stefan
