Mileage = 1660
MPG = 19.9mpg (18.82mpg calculated)
(new) Faults = None
Just a short one this month, but not to worry as I've already pre-written a load more for next month's report. This will be bolstered by my experiences with the car going into MB for it's diff oil change and, fingers crossed, the resolution of my rattles
So over the last month I've barely used the car, covering a paltry 363 miles. Annoying this is down to a combination of available time and trying to limit the mileage so as not to go too far over the 2000 mile mark prior to the diff oil service. However some of these miles have been very special, with most of them having been either minor A-road or B-road based. However I'll save this for next month
The only thing I will mention is economy: it just seems to be getting worse!! It's probably caused by the colder weather rather than the fact my few trips out have been to, er, exercise the car. And of course nothing to do with the Race Starts I can now do...The last tankful I used was at a (calculated) consumption of 16.68mpg, however considering I used the first half of the tank on a cross-country jaunt of only 80 miles, I think that figure is somewhat higher than if my jaunt had been 160 miles. Still, fuel has dropped another 1p per litre since my last report, so it's still turkey for Christmas for me.
So later today the C63 will be whisking us down to the South coast for a night, before being left at Heathrow airport for 2 and a half weeks whilst I spend Xmas in Canada, mainly focusing on trying not to freeze to death. And on that note I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
