Hi, Dan from Mercedes Enthusiast magazine here...

With Vinny's blessing I'm posting to locate a C36 for a W202 AMG buyer's guide we're putting together. I've got a C43 saloon lined up for our photo shoot but I want to put it together with a C36 so if there's anyone out there with such a car in the London area who fancies getting in the mag please give me a shout.

Because it's a buyer's guide I need a car that looks as close to original as possible. Bigger wheels are OK (as long as they're AMG) but extra bodykit, dramatically lowered ride height, etc are a no go I'm afraid. :o Interior is less crucial but, again, the more original the better.

The shoot would probably be a midweek affair, sometime in the next two weeks all going well. Location TBC. As well as a starring role in the mag I can offer a CD of any pictures we take!

And if there's anyone out there with a C43 T and / or a C55 (W202) please get in touch also!

Cheers!

Welcome...

You should have attended one of our meetings we invited you to!

You would have enough material to keep you going for months.

How about a C36 Estate lookalike, minus the bodykit ;) Ride height is certainly not a problem as its not lowered at all !!

S.

**EDIT** Oops - just remembered, there was never a C36 estate, was there !!

I know we have one member here with a C43T, it sounded awesome at the summer GTG at Jimmy's in Kettering, gorgeous car. Sym, have your finger nails grown back yet mate? ;)

mercbezerk,
Good luck with your quest :)

:D TBH, I have an ulterior motive behind this feature in that, if a good one comes up, I may well buy it!

Im afraid the lowered ride height is the only thing that leaves me out that one :( , but im availible if you stilll want some shots :)

Steve sold his C43T to a guy with a C43 saloon already. 2 C43s any good to ya?

Cheers Alps - you may be in with a shout yet but I'll see how I do. If you could PM me your contact details that'd be useful. I can put them on file...

And Anders, cheers for the invite, your car looks great. But Brussels? :D

Any contacts for the guy with the two C43s?!

Cheers guys. :)

mine's available but I'm in Manchester, now if you pay for cost of petrol........ :D, standard exterior apart from 18" alloys, avantgard grille and chrome mirror covers. The mirror covers clip off anyhow
