Cash on collection is surely a much safer way of doing business, if someone won't go for it then they're probably dodgy.

I just won a comand unit and wanted to collect with cash, the guy's having none of it and will only deal by mail order due to a soft excuse, think i'll forget this one. Daft way of doing business though, surely most people would want to check an electronic item out before they pay up, particularly when its an expensive item.
